ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS

Thinking of adding an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on your property?  We are currently building ADUs (also known as granny flats or in-law units) for three clients, with more in the pipeline.  Many local governments are encouraging residents to build ADUs to help address the need for affordable housing, and are updating ordinances and streamlining review processes accordingly.
