All Phase Builders was established in 1985 by William Buckleman, a Redwood City native who still leads the company today. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Bill engages with customers during the design and planning phase, and personally project-manages each job from start to finish to ensure expectations are always met or exceeded. All Phase Builders employs a dedicated team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other skilled tradesman. As needed we enlist trusted subcontractors with whom we have long-standing relationships. We have a comprehensive understanding of local building codes, and strong professional relationships with local building departments.
