The Owner
All Phase Builders was started by Mr. Buckleman in 1985 after realizing he enjoyed the aspects of working with people and the self satisfaction of project accomplishments. Bill is a long time resident of the area and graduated from Sequoia High School in the 1970's. Soon afterward he entered into his carpenter's apprenticeship and began learning the trades. After starting All Phase Builders and obtaining his contractor's license, Bill's intention was to grow a respectable company. He knew to do that required the customer's satisfaction and their willingness to refer him to future customers and homeowners.
In addition to having a keen business sense, Bill has also been involved in a local law enforcement capacity since 1993. Bill has long believed in strong morals, values and responsibility. The culmination of these beliefs and experiences has attributed to the long success of the company and helped him to understand the working mechanics and gain respect of local Building Departments, municipalities and top government officials.
Supervising Coordinator
Scott Armbrust has worked with All Phase Builders since 1996 and has strongly contributed to the company's success with his organizational and personal abilities. Scott is in charge of meeting and informing the homeowners and sub-contractors of any updates they need to know and insuring the project runs as planned. He too, is a long time local resident of the area.
Job Foreman
Lee Walker has worked for the company since 1989 and is the head of foundation and framing decisions. He is a seasoned veteran of 30+ years and is our jobsite framing Guru. He will keep the carpenters, laborers organized and busy!
Office Manager
Anna has been working with the company since 2002 and basically runs the office! She handles most billing/invoice questions and helps maintain a professional office approach.
